  • Led the engineering team: assigned work, reviewed code and design, mentored developers, and managed client stakeholders.

  • Led technology for a bootstrapped direct-to-consumer Ayurvedic supplements brand from launch through to its exit, reaching ₹50 lakh in first-year revenue.
  • Designed and built a custom shopping portal: storefront, checkout and payments, order management, shipping and fulfilment.
  • Built AI-driven customer profiling from orders and portal activity to personalise recommendations and marketing.
